Awards

CARP has many talented, energetic professionals who are very dedicated to their field of rehabilitation. There are a few who not only share this professional dedication, but go far beyond this. These people have been exceptional in their field. They have made a real difference in the lives of many and through their work have furthered the field of rehabilitation and the CARP organization.

This work is recognized by their provincial societies who put forth their names to the National Board for consideration of being awarded the "Fellowship of the Canadian Association of Rehabilitation Professionals."

The nomination process is as follows:

  2. Each nomination will be accompanied by a resume of the nominees career in rehabilitation and a concise description of the work and achievements of the nominee which in the opinion of the nominators qualify the person for the award, together with such supporting material they may wish to present.
